Christmas eve 2005

here we go again. i've created another blog. i had one once, but i forgot where i put it. oh well, i have this one for now. i guess now is what counts. but when i log off here it won't be now anymore. at least not this now. it will be a new now. maybe this blog won't matter then and in the future i can create another blog. maybe instead of adding to this blog in a future now i will just keep creating new blogs every time i want to post. i can have thousands of blogs floating around out there in cyber space (there's a word you dont hear much anymore. actually it's two words you don't hear much anymore) for other people to find in their current now.

i wonder if there are as many nows in the universe as there are atoms? if each individual has an infinite series of nows and there are billions of people in the world (not counting all the ones who have died) then there would be a lot of nows in the universe. maybe there are as many nows as there are subatomic particles. protons, electrons, neurons, leptons, quarks, charms, centrinos.

of course neurons are not subatomic particles, but they are pretty small.

i think the word neuron and now have a similar latin deviation, but i could be wrong. i was wrong once before. march 18, 1972. it was a red letter day. i got up that saturday morning and looked at the calendar. the word "saturday" was written in red. all the rest of the days were written in black. i think i will copy this post and create a blog called "randomfiringneurons". (this is a marketing ploy. you know how toyota and pontiac both sell the same car, but one calls it a matrix and the other calls it a vibe. btw i think ford and honda are jointly developing a product to go head to head here. the project code name is the "groovy keanu". i'm really hoping they have someone working on that name before rollout. i think it will go over like nova in spain.) oh well. ke sera sera. c'est la vie. carpe diem. e pluribus unum. esse quam verdi. sic semper tyrannus. semper fi. ad nauseum.
